Warranty
Cutterbits.com, formally The Cutting Edge, warrants every product it sells for the purpose it is meant to be used to the original purchaser 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to defects caused directly or indirectly by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or alterations or improper installation or maintenance.
The above warranty does not apply when the product deteriorates by reason of usage in the normal course of work. We shall be in no event liable for death, injuries to persons or properties or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
